Shipping

This English version is provided for your convenience only. The legally binding text is the German version (Versand & Lieferung).

Delivery countries

We deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Delivery to other countries is not possible.

Shipping costs

• Germany: €4.90 per order; orders of 2 or more T-shirts ship free of charge.
• All other delivery countries (Austria and the other EU countries listed above): €5.90 per order; orders of 3 or more T-shirts ship free of charge.

No further costs (e.g. customs duties) arise for deliveries to these countries.

You will also see the shipping costs for your order in the cart and at checkout before you submit the order.

Delivery time

Every T-shirt is printed only after you order. Production starts immediately after the payment has been successfully completed.

The delivery time within Germany is usually 3 to 5 working days, and no later than 10 working days; to all other delivery countries usually 4 to 8 working days, and no later than 14 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). It starts on the day after the payment has been successfully completed. We do not promise delivery on a specific calendar date.

If you want to wear your T-shirt on a particular occasion, please order early enough for the stated delivery time to fit.

Dispatch and tracking

The T-shirts are produced and shipped on our behalf by our production partner Shirtigo GmbH in Germany. Delivery is carried out by Deutsche Post / DHL (Deutschland), Asendia / GLS (Österreich) sowie der von Shirtigo jeweils beauftragte Versanddienstleister (übrige EU-Lieferländer).

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail. If the carrier provides tracking, the e-mail contains the tracking link. You can check the status of your order at any time via the link in your order confirmation.

Payment

The total amount is due immediately upon ordering. The following payment methods are available: Credit and debit card and the further payment methods shown to you at the checkout of our payment provider Stripe.

Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Dublin, Ireland). After clicking “Place order and pay” you are redirected to the Stripe payment page.

Prices

All prices are final prices. As a small business within the meaning of § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT.

No changes after ordering

As your order goes into production immediately after payment, motif, size, quantity and delivery address can no longer be changed afterwards. Please check your details carefully before submitting. Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.

Returns

As a consumer you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. How to exercise it, where to send the goods back and who bears the costs of return are set out in the withdrawal policy. You can also declare your withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” button at the bottom of every page.

If a T-shirt is defective or the wrong item was delivered, please write to us with your order number at the e-mail address given in the legal notice. The statutory rights in respect of defects apply.
